Do everything you can to get your business noticed. Now there are good reasons to be noticed and there are bad reasons to be noticed. While some folks believe that any publicity is good publicity. I’m sorry to say that I don’t always agree with that statement.
If you run a restaurant;
Good Publicity… the local food critic says yours is the place to try “your latest special”.
Bad Publicity… The health department gives you their lowest rating possible.
Here are a list of some things that are publicity you control.
Do a press release about some up coming event you are participating in.
Run an advertisement about the new item you offer
Offer to speak about your area of knowledge or business at local civics groups
Do a segment on TV or Radio about your area of knowledge or business
Support a local junior sports group
Volunteer at your favorite local charity
Send a brochure to your zip code using USPS Every Door Direct Mail
Speak at local schools about your area of knowledge or business
Promote knowledge, features, quick responses and benefits rather than price.
Learn to always do your “Own Best Boast” about your business… no one else will. Standing out in a crowd is a good thing.
Word of Mouth advertising is the most trusted and most likely to followed-up on!
Treat your customers the way you would like to be treated… no exceptions.
If your customers aren’t noticing your business, you should work on that with MI Printing.
